At Albertsons / Safeway, I was responsible for crafting features for the loyalty program, focusing on both the app and web platforms. My projects encompassed Safeway Rewards and Freshpass, the latter being an exclusive subscription service offering benefits such as lower delivery fees for shoppers. My role involved conducting competitive analysis, creating visual designs, and developing the user interface and experience. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, we successfully launched these features, which are now available for use in the app store.
